Overall Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Visit and explore different townships within the Yangon Region to identify potential sales opportunities and active business sites.
  • Plan and execute daily sales activities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets, including areas outside Yangon.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, products, or services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads through business directories, online platforms, and other digital resources.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and follow up on potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to successfully close deals and achieve business objectives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
