ဘာကြောင့်ကြွေပြားသုံးမလဲ?

အကြောင်းအရင်းများစွာရှိပါတယ်။
အဓိကကတော့ ကြွေပြားရဲ့ သဘောသဘာ၀အရ

၁) အစွန်းအထင်းဒဏ်ခံနိုင်ခြင်း

နေ့စဉ်‌လူနေမှုဘ၀မှာ စိတ်ရှုပ်စရာတွေက အများကြီးပါ၊ ဒါကြောင့် သန့်ရှင်းရေးအတွက် အချိန်တွေအများကြီးနဲ့ ၀န်မပိစေဖို့ လိုပါတယ်၊ အရည်အသွေးမြင့်ကြွေပြားနဲ့ဆို ရေနဲ့တင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးအလွယ်တကူပြုလုပ်လို့ရပါတယ် ။

၂) ရေစုပ်ယူမှုအားနည်းခြင်း

ရေစိမ့်လွယ်တဲ့ ကြွေပြားတွေဟာ ရေအမြဲ၀ပ်ပီး ရေရှည်မှာ ကွဲလွယ်၊ အက်လွယ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီဒဏ်ကနေ ကာကွယ်နိုင်ဖို့ ရေစုပ်ယူမှုအားနည်းတဲ့ အရည်အသွေးမြင့်ကြွေပြားတွေ သုံးသင့်ပါတယ်။

၃) ဘက်တီးရီးယား၊ မှို နှင့် အနံ့ဆိုးများမှ ကာကွယ်နိုင်ခြင်း

ကြွေပြားတွေပေါ်မှာ ဘက်တီးရီးယားတွေ မရှင်သန်နိုင်ပါဘူး ၊ ဒီ့အပြင် အိမ်မှာ ခြေဆီ၊ မှို အစရှိတဲ့ အနံ့ဆိုးတွေရန်ကလည်း ကာကွယ်နိုင်ပါသေးတယ်။
လေကောင်းလေသန့်ရတဲ့ ပတ်၀န်းကျင်ဟာ ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် လာဘ်ကြီးတပါးပါ။

၄) အပွန်းအစင်းဒဏ်ခံနိုင်ခြင်း

သ‌ဘာ၀မဟုတ်တဲ့ အစင်းကြောင်းတွေဖစ်ပေါ်လာတာဟာ စိတ်ရှုပ်စရာလည်း ကောင်းသလို ဒီ့ထပ်ပိုပြီး ပြင်ဆင်စရိတ်တွေ သုံးလာရနိုင်ပါတယ်၊ အရည်အသွင်းမြင့်ကြွေပြားတွေမှာတော့ အပွန်းအစင်း‌အတွက် ခေါင်းရှုပ်ခံစရာမလိုတော့ပါဘူး။

၅) အပူဒဏ်ခံနိုင်ခြင်း

ကြွေပြားဟာ အပူကူးနိုင်စွမ်းမရှိပါဘူး၊ ဒါကြောင့်မို့ ကြွေပြားသုံးခြင်းဟာ မိမိ မိသားစု၊ စည်းစိမ် နဲ့ အခြားသော အရာတွေကို မီးဘေးကနေ အများကြီးကာကွယ်နိုင်ပါသေးတယ်။
